Impulse Sealer - Quality Heat Sealers for Packaging

	We offer the #1 selling brand of impulse heat sealers and bag sealers on the market. Manufactured by American International Electric, Inc., these impulse heat sealer come complete with a 90 day manufacturer warranty.
Impulse sealers with a 2mm wide seal can seal together two sheets of plastic up to 6 mil in thickness. Our wider 5mm sealers can seal together up to 8 mil in thickness. Our automatic sealers can seal up to 20 mil in thickness.

Choose the Right Heat Sealer & Bag Sealer
	Auto/Manual - Single/Double Sealer: these units allow the user to select single or double impulse, automatic or manual heat sealer.It can seal up to 20 mil, gusseted or regular thermoplastic film.
	Automatic Constant Heat Sealer: distinctive 5/8 inch mesh seal makes this sealer ideal for producing wide seals on thick bags. Separate programmable timers for material thickness, congealing, and recycling. Foot switch included for manual operation.
	Automatic Single Impulse Sealer: automatic programmable Impulse Sealers designed for the repeated sealing of thermoplastic films. Consistent seals are maintained automatically, making the last seal as perfect as the first.
	Hand Impulse Sealer: the simplest and most economical type. The sealing bar is manually lowered. Hand sealers are available from 8" to 24" Approximately 6-20 packages can be sealed per minute.
	Foot Impulse Sealer: provides a faster sealing operation. The sealing bar is pedestal controlled, leaving two hands free for faster operation. Sealer is available from 12" to 32". Approximately 8-20 packages can be sealed per minute.
	Impulse Sealer with Cutter: are equipped with a sliding blade that cuts excess material a quarter of an inch from the seal. Especially perfect for applications where roll bags or plastic tubing is used. Available in Hand and Foot operated models.
	Magnetic Impulse Sealer: built-in magnet holds the sealing arm down during the heating cycle and then releases it automatically once the cooling cycle is completed. The sealing widths available for this unit are 2-millimeter or 5-millimeter widths. No pre-heating is required for these impulse units.
	Medical Bag Sealer: the seal produced is an embossed, honeycomb texture 10-millimeters wide. This medical impulse sealer is designed especially for the Health Care Professionals, but it can be used for many other applications that require wider and stronger seals.
	Long Reach Hand Impulse Sealers: This extra long Impulse Sealer enables the user to seal large objects on a table top.
	Manual Heavy Gauge Heat Sealer: hand operated sealers are excellent for sealing extra thick gauge poly cello films, cellophane films, polyethylene films, and gusseted bags.
	Semi-Auto Table Press Impulse Sealer: unique stainless steel portable impulse sealer makes it possible to seal bags rapidly while holding the bag with two hands.
